To replace the fuel filter on the car, it is necessary to follow the following procedure: the fuel filter is located under the passenger compartment, then lift the car and locate the fuel drain plug located on the side of the filter. Using a socket wrench, unscrew the nut on the cover and open the filter itself. Remove the filter cartridge from its housing and take out the new filter (always check first that the specifications are suitable for the type of vehicle). Place the new filter on the cap after replacing the O-ring. Finally screw the filter cap back on.
