The guide shows you how to replace the Dodge RAM 3500 6.7L Mk5 fuel filter. The first step is to lift the vehicle and identify the position of the fuel filter; using a container with a rubber tube, drain the filter from the hole provided. After all the fuel has been drained, using a 28 mm wrench, unscrew the filter housing. Pay attention to the possible presence of fuel in the filter. Remove the cartridge and replace it with a new one. Close the housing and clean any fuel residues. From inside the engine compartment, having identified the second fuel filter, replace it and replace the gasket. Run the engine a few times to properly fill the filter housings and perform the fuel filter life indicator reset procedure.
