How to Reset the Uconnect Service on the Ram 1500

The Uconnect service allows you to quickly connect your smartphone directly to your car's radio with a simple click. However, due to various temporary issues, you may not be able to complete the operation, and a message will appear on the display indicating that no phone is connected. To resolve this issue, turn off the vehicle, then insert the key and turn the ignition on. Locate the two small buttons on the radio at the top left and press both for about thirty seconds. After the waiting period, turn off the vehicle and leave the driver's door open for another thirty seconds. Finally, restart the vehicle's engine, and you have resolved the issue.
