It starts with disconnecting the power cables of the battery for added safety, then positioning the jack and lifting the front of the car, in order to access underneath the engine, where it will be easier to do the work.

After disconnecting the power cables of the starter motor, the locking bolts are unscrewed, preferably with a swivel key. All that remains is to remove it from its seat and install the new one in the reverse procedure.
