How to replace a headlight in the Renault Truck T

In this video we see how to change the front headlight of a Renault T model truck: it is an operation that we can do entirely from the outside, because from the front headlight column, we see that there are two bolt heads with a tightening torque of 30 Nm; it is a hinge that will allow us to open the headlight like a book. From here we can remove the rubber cover of each individual bulb to replace the one we need to replace: the headlight bulb is an H7, and it is removed by simply pulling it towards us; it has only three small metal clips that hold it in place; in the elongated part we have the position light which is also the daytime running light. It closes easily and there is no need to reset it from the instrument panel.
