How to Remove the Fuel Pump on a Renault Scenic

Let’s see how to remove the high-pressure fuel pump mounted on a Renault Scenic. Disconnect the battery cables, then remove the rear seat cushions of the car and unscrew the securing screws of the metal cap with a socket wrench (if there are pins present), remove it from its seat and cover the perimeter with absorbent paper to catch any fluid leaks. Disconnect the power connectors and the fluid circulation hoses. Finally, extract the fuel pump from its housing along with the removed parts. Install the new part in the designated housing.
