How to Change the Headlight Bulb on a Renault Megane III

To change the headlight bulb on a Renault Megane III, open the front bonnet and remove the headlight (a very easy operation): lift the metal tab behind the headlight with a flat screwdriver, unscrew the two screws, and extract the headlight, holding it with both hands. The dipped beam uses an H7 bulb; after disconnecting the electrical connector, rotate the clip downwards to remove the bulb. When refitting, remember that the bulb has a precise position to fit back into its seat. The position lights use W5W bulbs: rotate the plastic base and then pull it out, removing the bulb. The indicators use PY21W bulbs, and here the base must be rotated to the left. Remember never to touch the glass of the bulb with your fingers (finger grease could cause it to blow).
