How to Replace the Air Filter in a Renault Megane

To replace the air filter in a Renault Megane 4, open the bonnet and locate the air filter box, situated at the top of the engine and connected to the intake pipe. Unscrew the screws securing the cover of the filter box. In some cases, it may be necessary to slightly disconnect the intake pipe to better lift the cover. Once the box is open, extract the used air filter by pulling it upwards. Clean the inside of the box from any dust or dirt residues with a dry cloth or low-pressure compressed air. Insert the new filter in the same position as the previous one, ensuring it is well seated and adheres correctly to the edges. Close the cover, re-screw the screws, and check that everything is securely fastened before closing the bonnet.
