How to Replace the Engine Oil Filter on a Renault Kangoo

To replace the engine oil filter on a Renault Kangoo 1, open the bonnet and safely lift the vehicle, placing a container under the oil sump. Unscrew the drain plug and allow the used oil to completely drain out. Locate the oil filter on the engine and unscrew it using a suitable tool, being careful of any residual oil that may spill out. Before installing the new filter, lightly lubricate the seal with clean oil. Screw the filter on by hand until it is snug without over-tightening. Close the sump plug, fill the engine with new oil of the specified grade, and start the engine to check for leaks.
