How to Change the Number Plate Lights on a Renault Twingo III

To change the bulb on a Renault Twingo III, you need a new LED bulb of type W5W or T10 5W (actually, two). Open the rear hatch, as the bulb holders are located directly above the number plate, inside the hatch area. Each bulb holder is secured to the body with a simple clip system. Carefully insert the tip of a flat screwdriver into the small notch on the side of the bulb holder, lever it out, and detach it. Remove the old bulb, insert the new one into the base, repeat on the other side, close the hatch, and turn on the position lights to check the installation.
