Replacing the Mirror on a Renault Scenic

Replacing the mirror mounted in the housing of the external mirror on a Renault Scenic. Use a plastic lever to pry between the edge of the mirror frame and the glass. Apply pressure until the plastic holding the mirror detaches (disconnect the power cable); this is a delicate operation as the glass or the mirror itself may break. Always use the lever to remove the mirror from the housing; replace the damaged part with a new one. Ensure the plastic clips snap into place on the mirror supports.
