Renault Clio - Video tutorial

Model: Renault Clio MK 3, Clio 3, Clio III - Years 2005-2013
Part: Gear Shift Knob
Operation: Replacing the gear knob in the Clio 3.

To remove and replace the gear lever knob in the Renault Clio, we must, first of all, remove the cap of the lever itself. To carry out this operation, using a small plastic lever, detach the plastic base, to which the bonnet itself is connected, which we find in contact with the center console. Once the bonnet has been removed, forcefully pull the gear lever knob upwards to disengage it and thus remove it from its seat. At this point, we take the new knob, connect it to the cap (which can be new or the same that we removed in the previous operation) and reposition everything in its seat. We are careful to fit, properly, the base of the cap and the knob itself.

Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
