Replacing the Fan Resistor on Megane 3

Let's look at removing the resistor for the air fan operation on a Megane. Open the passenger side door, then open the glove compartment. Unscrew the fastening screws around the perimeter of the frame, then remove the glove compartment from the dashboard. Disconnect the large connector of the resistor, then extract it from the cabin. Insert a new fan resistor (connect the power connector). Finally, refit the glove compartment and tighten the screws. Check the correct installation of the fitted parts. Test the air operation once the replacement is complete.
