Replacing the Fuel Pump on a Twingo

Want to remove the fuel pump from the Twingo? Learn how to remove the fuel pump and its associated parts. Access the rear seats of the car, unscrew all the securing screws and remove them from the cabin. Use a socket to unscrew the securing screws of the metal cap, remove it from its housing, then cover the perimeter with absorbent paper to soak up any liquid leaks. Disconnect the power connectors and the liquid circulation hoses. Extract the fuel pump from its housing along with the associated parts. Install a new pump inside the Twingo's tank, then reassemble all the covering parts.
