How to replace the timing belt on the Renault Megane 1.5 dci?

Model: Renault Megane Megane 4, Megane IV - Years 2015-2023
Part: Timing belt

The timing belt of your Renault Megane with 1.5 DCI engine is done every 6 years or 160000km. It varies a lot according to the use of the vehicle and the authorized center (or your trusted mechanic) will be able to tell you if it is necessary to replace it sooner. Together with the timing belt, the service belt and the related belt tensioners are also changed, the valve clearance is checked, and the water pump is usually replaced in advance, because if it starts to leak, after a while it is necessary to do all the work again. The view clearly indicates every single step to replace the timing belt and the water pump.
