How to Reset the Service Light on a Renault Trafic

Before resetting the service light on a Renault Trafic, it is highly recommended to carry out all required checks for your own and others' safety. Once done, you can reset the service light as follows: start the vehicle by turning the key to position 1. At the top of the lever on the right of the steering wheel, you will find a button divided in half; press the lower half enough times to display "service interval" on the screen. Pressing it again will give you the oil change warning with the spanner icon. Continue to hold the lower button until the message flashes. At this point, you can release the button and turn off the vehicle. Restart to verify. The spanner icon has disappeared.
