In this video, we can see how to replace the battery on a Renault Captur; it is a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not inserted, then open the engine bay, loosen the nuts on both terminals, and disconnect them starting with the negative. Using a 13mm spanner and an extension, unscrew the bolt of the lower bracket. Finally, disconnect the ventilation pipe and lift the battery out. To install the replacement, simply follow the same procedure in reverse, ensuring to connect the positive terminal first and reinsert the ventilation pipe.
