How to Reset the Maintenance Light on a Renault Clio 2006

This guide explains the steps to reset the maintenance light for your Renault Clio from 2006 onwards. In order, you need to: 1. Activate the instrument panel by turning the key, without starting the engine; 2. Wait 20-30 seconds or until the instrument panel settles and displays "Maintenance Required"; 3. Use the joystick on the steering wheel to scroll through the menu options until you find the previous message "Maintenance Required"; 4. Confirm the selection with the "Ok" button on the steering wheel for about 10 seconds; 5. Continue holding the "Ok" button until the mileage for the next maintenance is updated. If the procedure has been followed correctly, the service light will turn off and you will have successfully completed the task!

How to Reset the Central Locking of the Volkswagen Golf 4?

If the central locking system of the Volkswagen Golf 4 is not working, it is likely necessary to reset the system: to do this, open the driver's door and detach the side panel of the dashboard next to the steering wheel. Under this panel, you will find the fuses, including the one for the central locking, which is indicated in the manual as number 14. To reset the system, remove this fuse from its housing, then reinsert it or replace it with a new one of the same amperage: this will reset the central locking system.
