First, open the front door and start by removing the triangular plastic cover located behind the mirror; then use a ratchet spanner to undo the three fixing screws, disconnecting the adjustment electrical connector to remove the wing mirror from the outside, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new wing mirror, securing it properly and adjusting the glass!
