To replace the rear wheel on the Renault Clio, open the tailgate and lift the carpet at the base of the boot. Underneath, you will find the spare wheel along with the wheel replacement kit: the jack in the kit should be positioned at the front of the rear wheel, fitting it into the corresponding slot.

Once the car is lifted, loosen the bolts securing the wheel to the hub and remove it completely: now you can fit the new wheel, securing it with the corresponding bolts.
