How to Change the Cabin Filter on the Renault Megane II

In this video, learn how to change the cabin air filter on the Renault Megane III: to change this filter, you need to remove part of the dashboard, starting with the glove compartment. First, remove the dashboard side panel using a flat screwdriver, disconnecting the airbag connector. Then, remove 6 retaining screws, as highlighted in the video, using a Torx screwdriver. Now you can pull the glove compartment towards you. The pollen filter is located on the left side of the passenger footwell, in a rectangular compartment. Remove it, then clean the compartment thoroughly from debris and dust. Now you can refit the new clean filter and then reassemble the glove compartment, securing all the screws. Finally, replace the outer panel, reconnecting the airbag connector first.
