After removing the bulb holder, carefully replace the defective bulb by pressing it lightly and turning it anticlockwise until it releases. Put the new bulb back using one with the same characteristics. The characteristics of the bulb are stamped on the body of the same, reporting the voltage and consumption in watts. Refit the bulb holder and place it back in its housing.
