Renault Megane - Video tutorial
Model: Renault Megane
Megane III, Megane 3
- Years 2008-2015 The battery of the Renault Megane has discharged and refuses to recharge. It needs to be replaced! To do this, we open the hood of the engine compartment, we will find the battery on the driver's side, under a cover that we will remove. With a socket wrench equipped with an extension, we unscrew the two screws that secure the mounting bracket, loosen and remove the negative pole clamp, then move on to the positive clamp and also unscrew the bolt of its cable. We remove the old battery, take the new battery, spread a layer of copper paste on the terminals, place it in its housing, clean the inside of the clamps with sandpaper before reconnecting them, starting with the positive one, of which we must reconnect the cable, finally we secure the bracket.
