The following steps will allow you to remove and replace the alternator on the Renault Scenic 1.9 DCi. First, raise the vehicle and remove the front right wheel; then remove the wheel arch liner and loosen the tensioner for the serpentine belt, thus removing the alternator belt, as shown in the video. At this point, open the bonnet to access the alternator, unscrewing the fixing bolts and disconnecting the electrical wiring to remove it and replace it with the new original one; then refit the alternator belt, following the video tutorial to the end!
