To modify the clock on the Renault Trafic's dashboard, turn on the ignition by inserting the key and turning it in the ignition barrel: once the dashboard is on, press the button located at the top left of the lever to the right of the steering wheel.

This will cause the hours to start flashing, which you can then adjust using the buttons to increase or decrease the value; pressing the button above the lever again will make the minutes flash, which can be adjusted similarly.
