This video shows how to remove the side trim from a Renault Megane door. Open the door and remove the cap located on the inner side of the door frame.

Under this cap, you will find the screw that holds the end of the trim. Now, move to the outer side of the door and lift the trim, which has been released from its retaining screw.

Pull it towards you and then outwards firmly, as the trim is held only by plastic clips, as demonstrated by the YouTuber.
