Completely unscrew the aerial fixing nut and remove the damaged part still inside along with the toothed cord: pay attention to the position of the teeth (the new cord must be inserted in the same position). To facilitate the extraction, turn on the car radio: when switched on, the aerial ejection system activates, allowing easy removal of the cord.

Insert the nut into the new aerial and thread the cord, ensuring the position of the teeth: during this operation, turn the radio on and off to allow the cord to be pulled through. Finally, screw the nut back on.
