How to Disassemble the Center Console of a Samsung Sm3

Model: Samsung Sm3 N17 - Years 2002-2013

To disassemble the center console of the Samsung Sm3, start by removing the ashtray and the gear shift boot - which are only held by pressure - and unscrew the two screws located above the air conditioning controls. At this point, all the trim pieces can be removed - gently but with some force - leaving only the radio and control unit. Remove the screws that hold the radio brackets - on the sides - and those that secure the fan and air conditioning control unit (below). Now you can carefully remove this section. Disconnect all the connectors, paying attention to where they were positioned, so you can reconnect them correctly later. At this point, the upper part of the dashboard, which has the air vents - which is only held by pressure - will come off easily. Again, be careful how you remove the connectors.
