The problem with this infotainment system reboot loop is almost always related to a software defect, which is usually fixable with an update. We need to look for the firmware update 4.2.1.2.1 or higher, released in Q3 of 2025, which resolves compatibility issues with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless connectivity, and memory loss.

Connect the car to a stable Wi-Fi network, then go to: infotainment system settings/software updates. Check for available updates and install them.

Make sure the battery is charged to avoid interruptions. If no updates are available, it will be necessary to contact a SEAT dealer, who can perform a manual update via USB flash drive.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
