How to Remove the Windscreen Wipers of a Seat Altea

Learn how to replace the wipers located above the windscreen of a Seat Altea. Take the front wiper (with your hands), gently unclip (as shown in the video) the movable wiper without breaking it, and slide it off the arm on the left. Fit the new wiper onto the arm (if the wiper is not original, you must use the appropriate adapter), you will hear a click indicating it is secured. Finally, lower the wiper arm onto the windscreen and perform the same operation on the second wiper. Test the newly fitted wipers. It is always preferable to use original parts for better durability and quality.
