Replacing Door Lock on Seat Ibiza

Model: Seat Ibiza 6L - Years 2002-2009
Part: Door lock

Remove the top part of the internal handle using a plastic wedge (not metal!). Unscrew the two now-exposed screws. Move to the bottom of the door and unscrew the two corresponding screws. At this point, you can remove the door panel by disconnecting the connectors. Turn on the ignition and slightly lower the window, then open the cover caps in the door where the two 10 mm bolts securing the window are located. Unscrew them, raise the window and secure it with masking tape. Remove the cover caps and unscrew the lock screws, which you will then remove. Reassemble everything in reverse order, as shown in the video.
