Resetting the Service Light on a Seat Ibiza

Model: Seat Ibiza 6P, 6J - Years 2008-2017
Part: Service warning light

Get in the car and insert the ignition key without turning anything on (neither the engine nor the instrument panel). Press the button with the double zero located under the dashboard and hold it down. While doing this, turn the key to switch on the instrument panel (not the engine, mind you). The screen will ask if you want to reset the service light: release the button and press it again to perform the reset. That's it! Turn everything off and start the engine to check that the procedure was successful. This procedure should only be performed after maintenance has been carried out and not as a substitute for it.
