Part: Door trim panel

This guide covers the removal and fitting of the door panel on a Seat Altea. Remove the door panel if you want to replace it or access the car door. Start by removing the internal handle cover, then use a plastic trim tool to remove the cover at the corner of the window. Begin unscrewing the securing screws above the door panel. Remove the speaker cover and the cover above the panel (top). Once the panel is free from screws, pull it away with your hands, disconnect the power connectors and the release cable for the opening lever.
