Operation: Complete overhaul of the head

After having flattened the head, check the perfect flatness of the surface using a ground bar and a thickness gauge for valves; apply the new exhaust manifold gasket and install it by tightening the relative fixing nuts with the torque wrench; repeat the same operation with the intake manifold; apply the new O-ring to the lateral connection of the refrigeration connection; check the planarity also on the cylinder base and check the relative position of the pistons with a digital altimeter (both in the exhaust and intake phases). Rework the threads of the cylinder head fixing holes (without letting any chips end up in the cylinders), apply the new cylinder head gasket and lock it following the attached diagram using a series of new pins. Finally, insert the new valve cups after having lubricated them and then the camshaft and the relative oil seal. Complete with the assembly of the timing belt, the tappet cover and the injectors to which to apply the new gaskets.
