Cylinder Head Gasket Replacement

Model: Seat Ibiza 6K - Years 1993-2002

After machining, check the flatness of the cylinder head surface using a straight edge and a feeler gauge; check the valve interference with a depth gauge to ensure they do not protrude too much from their seats due to machining; repeat the check on the cylinder block assessing the piston interference; clean the threads of the fixing holes, taking care not to let any debris fall into the cylinders; then apply the gasket and cylinder head using a new set of bolts and a torque wrench to secure them.
