Today's guide will show us the steps to open the hood of the Seat Ibiza. First, we open the front door of the car and start pulling the lever we find at the bottom, thus releasing the hood lock; then we move the opening lever to the left, located between the hood and the front bumper, as shown in the video. At this point, we lift the hood and secure the rod to lock it; to close it, we just need to remove the rod and guide the hood down, letting it go from a sufficient height.

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system.
