How to remove the trunk lining of a Skoda, Seat, Volkswagen or Audi

Let's see how to remove the inner panel of the trunk of a Skoda. The system is roughly the same for all cars in the V.A.G group, so also for Seat, Volkswagen and Audi. We lever on the sides of the panel, and then on the back, near the lock; in fact, the panel is all pressure applied.

Let's pull it away gently and then lower the tailgate, so we can disconnect the electrical connectors. Let's remove the screws at the top of the plastic pillars that frame the rear window.

Once this is done, we will have to detach the clips that snap onto the body, and the lining will be completely removed.
