Removing the Headrest from Skoda Octavia

Model: Skoda Octavia MK 2, 1Z - Years 2004-2012

In this video, you will see how to remove the headrest from the Skoda Octavia. First, fully raise the front headrest and unscrew the two plastic clips by hand. Now, using a flathead screwdriver or something pointed, press the part that adjusts the height of the headrest while doing the same on both sides to release them from the guide. At this point, pull the headrest upwards to remove it. For reassembly, apply a bit of grease to the guide to allow the headrest to slide more easily.
