How to Remove the Headrest of the Front Seat of a Skoda Octavia

Model: Skoda Octavia MK 2, 1Z - Years 2004-2012

Before you can start, you must enter the cabin of your Skoda Octavia. Using a large flathead screwdriver, begin by prying in the gap between the seat and the plastic rod of the headrest to lift it. You will need to repeat this step for the second rod as well. At this point, press and hold the two side buttons that you uncovered by lifting the rods. This will release the headrest. While pressing these buttons, you can remove the headrest, and you will have finished the disassembly.
