Replacing Door Panel on Skoda Fabia

Model: Skoda Fabia 6Y, Mark1 - Years 1999-2007

Is the door panel on your Skoda Fabia in need of replacement? Here’s how to remove it from the door. Disconnect the battery terminals if you need to cut any wires. Remove the window winder handle. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the screws located in the space of the upper door opening lever. Remove the trim around the opening lever, take off the handle trims and the window switch panel. Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Finally, pull the panel off by hand and detach it from the door (disconnect the wiring harness and the opening cable). Refit the new panel, screw in the screws, and reattach the handle and opening lever trims.
