Is the door lock damaged? Let's see how the door of the Skoda Fabia is removed. We disassemble the cover of the internal handle, unscrew the screws placed in the space of the upper lever of the door opening and the screws present in the handle. We unscrew other screws left on the door panel and remove the clips for tightening it. Remove the panel with your hands and unhook it from the door (disconnect the power cables and the opening cable). We remove the protective coating from above the door, then unscrew the locking screws of the lock and disconnect the electrical clamp.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes.
