In this video tutorial, you will see how to replace the battery of the remote control for the Skoda Octavia MK3, useful when it runs out over the years. To open the remote, first extract the emergency key by pressing the appropriate front button.

In the key slot, you can find a transverse slot; insert the tip of a screwdriver into this slot and, leveraging it, unlock and remove the rear cover. At this point, proceed to replace the battery with an equivalent one, CR2032, ensuring the positive terminal is facing towards you.
