To replace the remote battery of the Škoda Octavia, press the button located on the side of the device to extract the emergency key from the top. Once the key is removed, detach the plastic front cover, which features the manufacturer's logo. Underneath, you will find the battery that can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new spare part. After the new battery is installed, insert the key back into its slot and close the remote with its cover.
