In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the number plate light bulbs on a Skoda Octavia, a very simple task. First, ensure the vehicle is turned off, then open the boot and remove the two fixing screws of the lamp holder using a Torx T15 spanner. Once done, pull out the lamp holder, disconnect the power connector, and remove the faulty bulb using a screwdriver. Finally, insert the replacement bulb, preferably an LED type, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure. Repeat the process for the second lamp holder if necessary.
