Skoda Octavia - Video tutorial

Model: Skoda Octavia 1Z, MK 2 - Years 2004-2012
Part: Rear bumper
Operation: Replacement of rear bumper reflector

In case of breakage of the reflector element present in correspondence with the lower right edge of the bumper it is possible to replace it in a very simple and fast way since it is simply stuck in its seat through plastic tabs; in order to remove the damaged one it is therefore sufficient to pry along the edges with a screwdriver (it is advisable to apply paper tape on the tip to avoid scratching the paint); therefore align the fastening tabs of the new one with the respective slots on the bumper and press until it clicks into place.
