Removing the Rear Bumper of a Skoda Octavia

Is the bumper of the Skoda Octavia irreparably damaged? Here's how to remove it. Open the tailgate; using a screwdriver or battery-powered drill, unscrew the securing bolts located at the rear of the lights (after removing the inspection caps), and remove them after disconnecting the power connectors. Unscrew the bolts located at the bottom of the bumper. Remove the securing screws of the splash guards covering the wheels. Once the bumper is free from any screws, you can detach it. Pull the bumper away from the body by hand (disconnect any power cables). Fit the new bumper.
