Replacing the Engine Air Filter

Keeping the engine air filter clean is certainly important to ensure the engine receives the correct amount of intake air. This way, it will remain efficient in terms of both performance and fuel consumption. The engine air filter box is located just behind the left front headlight (driver's side). Open the front bonnet and locate the filter box, then unscrew the fastening screws of the cover along the perimeter and lift it to extract the old filter. Ensure there are no dirt residues inside the box and insert the new filter, making sure the seal adheres correctly to the edge before re-screwing the cover.
