The following steps will guide us on how to disassemble and replace the engine coolant temperature sensor of the Skoda Octavia. First, we open the car's engine hood and locate the temperature sensor at the bottom; then we disconnect the electrical connector and release the metal clip using a flathead screwdriver, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the temperature sensor and replace it with the new original one; we securely fasten it with the new clip and finally make the electrical connection.
