How do you reset the Service light on the Smart 453?

The Service indicator of the Smart 453 can be reset by inserting the key into the ignition lock and turning it to turn on the instrument panel: at this point, using the buttons located on the left side of the steering wheel, you will need to navigate to the "Maintenance" menu. Once this option is reached, you will need to hold down the OK button for a few seconds, until the text on the display starts flashing. At this point, continue to hold down the button, the indicator will become solid and you can release the button, verifying that the reset has occurred.
