How do you replace the rear light bulbs on a Smart Fortwo? In this video, learn how to replace damaged bulbs: open the boot lid, and using a screwdriver, unscrew (with a socket wrench or screwdriver with a bit) the fixing nuts located at the side of the rear light. Once the light is free from any constraints, disconnect it from the bodywork (unplug the relevant power connectors). Replace the damaged bulbs with identical size and voltage pieces. Finally, refit the light and reverse the assembly of the other parts.
